Aling Gemma Shipping and Delivery Policy

Service area
Aling Gemma primarily delivers within Metro Manila. Delivery to nearby areas in Cavite, Laguna, and other reachable locations may be available case by case, depending on the complete address, order size, courier availability, and delivery schedule.

Minimum order
The minimum online order is ₱1,000.

Delivery fees
Orders of ₱3,000 or more qualify for free delivery within Metro Manila. Orders of ₱5,000 or more may qualify for free delivery to eligible nearby areas outside Metro Manila, subject to address and route confirmation. For orders below these thresholds or outside the standard service area, the delivery fee depends on the exact address, order size, and available courier. We will confirm any applicable delivery fee before the order is finalized.

Delivery schedule and cutoff
Complete your order and payment by 6:00 PM for standard next-day delivery, subject to product availability and confirmed delivery capacity. Orders completed after the cutoff may be scheduled for the next available delivery date. Same-day or special delivery requests are not guaranteed and must be confirmed by Aling Gemma.

Fresh goods and availability
Fresh produce, meat, seafood, frozen goods, and market items are subject to daily availability. If an item is unavailable or its condition does not meet our quality standards, we will contact you to discuss a substitution, adjustment, or refund as applicable.

Receiving your order
Please provide a complete delivery address, a reachable mobile number, and any building, subdivision, or access instructions. Someone must be available to receive perishable goods at the confirmed delivery time.
