WHEN WILL MY ITEMS BE DELIVERED?
- Orders received until 11 PM today will be delivered the next day. Delivery time is from 9am-12nn. (Everyday Delivery)
HOW MUCH IS THE DELIVERY FEE?
Delivery fee is as follows:

P129 - within Makati City
P159 - within Pasig City, Taguig City, Mandaluyong City and Quezon City (except North Caloocan)
P229 - North Caloocan, Bacoor Cavite, San Pedro Laguna, Antipolo, Cainta Rizal

- Cash on Delivery (COD) within Manila and Makati City only

OTHER NOTES
- Cancellation: Strictly no cancellation!
- Return Policy: No return on fresh goods and all products once received and accepted.
- Terms of Payments :Cash on Delivery , Bank Transfer, Electronic Wallets.
- Completion Schedule: Completion of orders shall be based on the availability of delivery and customers preferences
- Exclusions: Any change of order not included in this document will be charged accordingly
- Prices Change: All prices may change without prior notice due to market price fluctuations
- You can message us for other products that you need that not in our product lists. (availability of product not guaranteed)
- We deliver fresh meat and seafood with ice or in coolers to maintain freshness throughout delivery
- For fresh fruits, veggies and meat - Final Weight to be received may be higher or Lower than ordered weight. Any weight lower than 30 grams will be deducted to the bill or refunded if already paid.
- All fish are weighed first before cleaned. The weight of Cleaned fish is lower than the ordered weight due to the cleaning and removal of scales / gut.
